Meet Dr. Rachel Taylor

Dr. Rachel Taylor brings both heart and strength to her work as a chiropractor. A graduate of Life University in Atlanta, GA, she holds her Doctorate of Chiropractic and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. An athlete at heart, Dr. Taylor ran cross country, swam competitively, and even made history playing football for the Texas Cowgirls, where she sang the National Anthem and recorded the first female tackle in Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Whether competing in triathlons, playing pickleball under the Texas sun, or traveling on humanitarian trips to Haiti, Jamaica, and Mexico, she lives life with passion, adventure, and a drive to serve others.

Her love for people shines through in her chiropractic care. Dr. Taylor has completed extensive training in pediatric, perinatal, and pregnancy chiropractic, including advanced work with the ICPA, Body Ready Method® (BRM), craniosacral techniques, biogeometric integration, and Spinning Babies®. She has supported hundreds of mothers through pregnancy and birth, as well as newborns in their earliest days, offering gentle, evidence-based care to help families thrive. Her deep understanding of both the physical demands of athletes and the unique needs of mothers gives her a rare ability to care for every stage of life with skill and compassion.

At Chiro Casa, Dr. Taylor combines her passion for chiropractic with her love for community. Whether she’s singing, encouraging, or adjusting, her goal is always the same: to help you feel aligned, balanced, and empowered. She believes chiropractic is more than treatment—it’s an avenue for living fully, moving freely, and creating a healthier future for families. With Dr. Taylor, you’ll find a doctor who not only knows her craft but also walks beside you, cheering you on in every step of your journey
